The City of St. Louis Airport Authority , Contracts Administration Department is responsible for the centralized procurement of all service related contracts for the Airport's operating departments. These services vary from ambulance services to window washing. The department solicits bids, qualifications, and proposals based upon the City's established procurement policies and procedures. Through public advertisements and bid openings, it ensures that all prospective bidders are treated in a fair and equitable manner. In addition, the Contracts Administration Department is responsible for compliance and proper documentation for all service contracts.
